Ingredients
2 medium tomatoes
1 small to medium cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper
1 clove garlic (peeled (optional))

Process the tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper through theĀ juicer. (Remove the stems from the bell pepper & tomatoes before juicing, and the peel from the garlic.)
If you like garlic and want an extra savory kick, add the optional clove of garlic as well.
Pour over ice into two glasses.
