Steps
Preheat the oven to 250 F (121 C) I use convection because my oven is too hot on the bottom.
Beat the egg white with the liquid in a medium/large bowl until the egg white is loose and runny.
In a small bowl, whisk together the sugar, cinnamon and salt.
Place the pecans in the bowl with the egg white and mix it well until all the pecans are nice and wet.
Add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the pecans and mix until all the pecans are well coated.
Spread on a large baking sheet (try to get them in an even layer, not as squished as mine) and bake for 45-60 minutes, flipping the pecans with a spatula every 15 minutes, until the pecans are browned and there are no more wet spots.

Janele on 2025-11-23 (5 stars): These are AMAZING! I used a pound of pecan halves and a pound of macadamia halves and my husband already brought home more nuts for another batch. Thank you!
Rosemary on 2025-11-06 (5 stars): My lb of pecans just came out of the oven and they smell divine! Mmm they are delicious. I just hope I don't eat the whole batch! Lol!

Beverly on 2025-06-30 (5 stars): Excellent and easy to prepare Praline Pecans. Whenever I add cinnamon, I tend to use a pinch of fresh grated nutmeg. ( PS, I'm a Home Economics teacher, always appreciating, well written internet recipes that actually turn out.)
Gwendolyn on 2025-03-25 (5 stars): Came out perfect and the suggestion for a pinch of salt, Absolutely! Thank you for sharing
