Rebekah on 2025-08-17 (5 stars): Made these today, they were easy and delicious. Only changes I made was that I’m heavy handed with the vanilla lol, added natural butter flavor, chilled for about 30 minutes, and sprinkled with pink salt.
Kathy on 2025-07-02 (5 stars): This was the first time I made white chocolate macadamia cookies. I made them to give as a thank you gift b and these are his favorite kind of cookie. After taking the first bite, he said these were the best he ever had. I can see why they are his favorite. They are so good!
Elisa on 2024-11-18 (5 stars): Tried these the other day and they were AMAZING. They tasted just like the macadamian cookies from Subway. I wanted to lick the mixing bowl with the leftover batter in it but had to control myself, lol. Will definitely be back here for this recipe again until I can memorize it. I did use salted butter.
Carolyn on 2024-02-17 (5 stars): I use fleischmans margarine instead of butter and King Arthur flour. Double acting no is gluten free and so is cornstarch. Add 1/4 cup less flour at first. If the dough is too wet add the other 1/4 cup! (Gluten free flour tends to soak up extra moisture)
Linda on 2022-01-30 (5 stars): I made these cookies and they were awesome!
They disappeared in no time at all! I have definitely
saved this recipe as one of OUR FAVORITES!
