Steps
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread brazil nuts on a pan and bake for 5 minutes.
In food processor, blend roasted brazil nuts in intervals so machine does not overheat and seeds don’t get too hot (check every 1 minute or so depending on your blender).
This process will take anywhere from 2 to 5 minutes depending on the power of your machine.
You will first notice the nuts are chopping up. They will then become more crumbly. They will then turn into a clumpy mixture (wetter). They will then become smooth and creamy. The longer your blend, the smoother the consistency will be.
Transfer to air-tight container or glass jar. Store brazilian nut butter in refrigerator.
